The return policy is 14 days unworn merchandise only. No return or exchange on worn shoes. Shipping will range from over night to regular standard 7-10 days. Release date is July 28, 2012.
Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
If you wish to cancel or modify your order after you've completed a purchase you can do so within 30 minutes by calling our Customer Care Team at 800.531.7453. To cancel or modify an order outside of this timeframe please refer to Returns and Exchanges.
Orders shipping to an APO or FPO military address may only be shipped via the US postal service and cannot be expedited or tracked. Please note these orders may take up to 21 days for delivery.
