ORDERING AND PAYMENT

How can I change or cancel my order?

If you're having second thoughts about your online order and wish to cancel it, please call Customer Care Monday through Friday, 9AM to 9PM, Saturday through Sunday 10AM to 5PM EST, at (800.531.7453). A team member will be able to help you with the cancellation. We can't make changes to an order once it has been placed.


What are my payment options?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express credit cards. We cannot split payments between credit cards.


Will my credit card be charged immediately?

No. A pre-authorization will be placed on your credit card that will identify and tag the money for your order. Your credit card will not be charged until your order is shipped. We'll send you an e-mail to let you know when this happens.


SHIPPING

Shipping Carrier:

Most items are shipped as Standard Shipping via the United Parcel Service (UPS). Please allow seven to ten (7 to 10) business days from shipment to delivery. All orders to Alaska and Hawaii must be shipped via air with an upcharge.


  • No orders are processed on Saturday and Sunday.
  • Deliveries are made Monday through Friday (except on holidays).
  • Next Day Air shipments placed and confirmed by 10AM EST are delivered by the next business day, and 3 Day Air shipments placed and confirmed by 10AM EST are delivered within 3 business    days. If there is a holiday during this time, shipments will be delayed.
  • Orders shipped to Hawaii and Alaska can only be shipped via express delivery. Please choose Next Day Air for your ship method.

  • Out-of-Stock Items:

    Due to special order requests, there may be a high volume of purchases through shaunellrobinson.com, and sometimes because of circumstances beyond our control, some items may not be available. Please contact Customer Care via e-mail at wholesale@shaunellrobinson.com if you have questions about our delivery capabilities.


    Can I ship to APO/FPO addresses?

    Yes, we ship to APO/FPO addresses.


    Can I ship internationally?

    No, not at this time.


    TRACKING ORDERS

    When will my order be shipped?

    Your order will be processed and shipped within two (2) business days of your order being submitted.


    How do I know that my order has been shipped?

    You will receive a confirmation e-mail once your order has shipped, which will include your tracking number and a link so that you can track your order.


    Where's my order?

    Once you have placed an order, you can check on its status at any time using the Track Your Order page, and the order reference number on your order confirmation e-mail and your e-mail address.

    RETURNS

    What is your return policy?

    You have up to 30 days to return your merchandise from the delivery date. All merchandise can be returned under the following conditions:


  • All merchandise must be unwashed and unworn.
  • All hangtags must be attached to the garment and proof of payment must accompany the garment(s) at time of return.
  • All garments are subject to inspection.
  • Shipping costs are not refunded.

  • Orders Sent as Gifts

    If you send someone a gift, such as a pair of shoes, and s/he returns the gift, the credit for the gift goes to the original form of payment only (i.e., your credit card).
